AN OPEN LETTER TO FRIENDS AND CLIENTS

Clients and Friends:
The past three years have been invigorating, challenging and fulfilling for me.
While the beginning of those years saw me coming to grips with what my former clients, the nation's banks, had done to the American citizenry, they also reminded me of how rewarding it is to work as a lawyer for Americans.
I had never intended -- not even a little bit -- to return to the active and full time practice of law. You all know that Mitchell J. Stein, having represented billionaires and achieved in 18 years what others only dream of achieving, would have been more than happy to "hang up his cleats" forever. As history has shown us, the Lord always has different plans in mind . . . and boy did he have one for me. And now, here I am, representing all of you as a partner in a National Law Firm that is expanding at a rapid pace in order to keep up with your needs in defending you and your homesteads from the banks' nationwide fraud.
These are tough times indeed and they will continue to be rough and grueling. There are mountains in our way. But the passion of you – the Firm’s clients – in defending your homesteads has made me proud: Proud to represent you the people, and proud to watch the unrivalled tenacity of Americans in the face of corporate greed and corruption.
The Firm and I have been given favor in meeting many new friends who have energized us in leading the charge.
Apart from already watching many of our client, home owners, retain their homes as a result of the Firm’s legal representation, perhaps the most significant personal development during that time has become my partnership and friendship with former Florida prosecutor Michael S. Riley, without whom I would have never been able to nationalize the Firm’s reach.
I offer this open letter as a thank you to Mike for his passion, his integrity and his good solid sense.
Make no mistake. The future holds unmatched challenges for all of you in keeping your homesteads and in stopping the nation's banks from completing the largest fraud in United States corporate history.
I assure you the Firm is honored to represent you, its clients, and the Firm is pleased to have received the help of so many new friends and supporters.
As you all know from reading the news, we are now entering the “thicket” of the real fight against the banks – bank institutions that were previously the bedrock of society and are now its most controversial nemesis – and it is at this time that I wish to thank and assure all of you that, together, we will win this battle.
Just hold on tight, and rest assured that, with the help of the Good Lord, we will prevail and the scales of blind justice will tip decidedly in your favor.

As we now enter the most crucial part of the journey in battling a crisis America has never before seen and will never again see, I say to all of you: Semper Fi.

*The foregoing letter was prophetically written and posted 9-days prior to Mr. Stein's birthday, a date upon which the Federal and State governments began to demonstrate in the open (and for all to see) how corrupt the Obama Administration has actually been in fighting bank corruption nationwide. It was on August 17, 2011 that Kamala D. Harris "raided" the Firm based upon a false affidavit of her "investigator" Thomas Layton -- confirmed false by Mr. Layton himself in federal district court during the holidays of 2012. The prophetic nature of the foregoing letter does not replace the fact that certain persons mentioned in the letter as to whom the American home owners had placed their trust were also a part of the corruption. The Firm has now acted on this information. The foregoing letter will always be posted here as accurately reflecting the predictions of Mr. Stein as of August 8, 2011, which all became true as the corruption being experienced by all of America played itself out throughout the balance of the year 2011 and beyond.
